ABOUT ELSITA

Elsita offers a practical, modern approach to her clients, enriched by South American and Mesoamerican tradition.

Elsita feels deeply grateful for the healing techniques and modalities passed on by her Elders: wisdom that helps cultivate confidence, purpose, understanding and resilience.

Passionate about the body’s innate capacity to self-heal, Elsita explores anatomy and physiology alongside the benefits of plants, nature, nutrition as medicine, and sensory enrichment.

Elsita places great importance on spiritual and energetic hygiene, integrating this with a holistic and organised approach to property design, lifestyle, household, and business management for overall wellbeing.

Working with both animals and humans, Elsita is also known as “the Animal Curandera” for her strong connection with the Animal-Spirit world and their medicine.

Elsita comes from a grandmother lineage of healers

Her ancestry is Muisca, from the Andes.

Elsita’s grandmother and maternal ancestral lineage served as curanderas and parteras (traditional healers and midwives) in the indigenous mountains of Cundinamarca, Colombia, where her family still resides. For generations, her family tended and harvested Cacao, Tabaco (tobacco), and other sacred foods and medicines, preserving ancestral practices such as roasting over wood fire and grinding by stone.

Guided by years of traditional apprenticeship, Elsita is currently being initiated by Elders to continue this path in alignment with ancestral traditions.

Elsita is a guardian and student of sacred cacao, a shamanic and energy-medicine healer, a visionary, a medical and nutritional intuitive, and a certified health kinesiologist, as well as a certified animal & equine healer and communicator.

Alongside her spiritual path, Elsita carries a natural gift for structure and organisation, enabling her to combine spiritual wisdom with practical leadership.

Elsita feels deeply humbled to walk the lifelong path of a Curandera.

Elsita’s connection to animals and Spirits began at a young age, but it was in 2002, while living and working abroad, immersed in native cultures, that she began to deeply research and apprentice in curanderismo and shamanic practices across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, UK and Guatemala. In 2016, Elsita expanded her studies into Health Kinesiology, Natural Bioenergetics, and Animal wellbeing. These experiences cultivated in her a profound understanding of and respect for cosmovision, our planet, and holistic wellbeing.

Elsita continues her training with her elders - maestrx of the Americas, while dedicating time to her own personal development through both shadow and light work. Between client sessions, she enjoys exploring subjects connected to her field, including the land and its indigenous Caretakers.

Elsita feels this is essential and instrumental, as a healer and for her own wellbeing.

Born in Colombia, Elsita has lived and worked in six countries across three continents, from bustling cities and mountain ranges to countryside and jungles. Her journey has taken her through Colombia, France, the UK, the USA, Spain (mainland and the Canary Islands), Mexico, the Caribbean, the Pacific, and the Andes. Elsita has a professional background in international luxury hotel and resort management, and has served as a Chief of Staff, Senior EA/PA, and Property, Household & Lifestyle Manager for UHNWIs. Her career spans managing operations from city penthouses to jungle resorts, while supporting CEOs, creatives, and indigenous communities alike.

All of this has given Elsita an appreciation of the needs & dynamics of a multicultural society.
