ABOUT ELSITA

Elsita offers a practical modern approach to her clients, infused with South American tradition.


Elsita feels fortunate for the healing techniques and modalities she has been taught by her Elders for cultivating confidence and purpose.

She is passionate about the body’s capacity to self-heal, anatomy & physiology, and the benefits of plants, nature, nutrition as medicine and sensory enrichment.

Elsita places great importance on spiritual and energetic hygiene, alongside a holistic and organised approach to property design, household management, lifestyle and business for overall wellbeing.

In addition to working with both animals and humans, Elsita is known as ‘the Animal Curandera’ due to her strong connection with the Animal-Spirit world and their spirit-medicine.

Elsita comes from a grandmother lineage of
mestiza women healers

Her lineage is Chibcha (Muisca and Panche tribes) from the Andes.

Elsita’s great-grandmother and grandmother were curanderas and parteras (traditional healers and midwives) of the indigenous mountains of Cundinamarca, Colombia, where her family is from and still resides. For generations her family have traditionally grown and harvested Cacao - roasting it on the outdoor wood-fire before grinding it by stone, Tabaco and other sacred medicines.

Through years of extensive traditional apprenticeship, Elsita is being initiated by her Elders to walk the path, in keeping with the spiritual path of the old traditions.

She is a guardian of sacred Cacao, a shamanic and energy-medicine healer, a channel, a medical and nutritional intuitive, a certified health kinesiologist, and a certified animal & equine healer and communicator. Elsita also has an intrinsic ability to structure and organise.

Elsita is humbled to be on the life-long Curandera path


From 2002, whilst living & working abroad surrounded by native cultures, Elsita began to passionately research and apprentice curanderismo and shamanic practices (Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, U.K.), followed by Health Kinesiology & Natural Bioenergetics and Animal wellbeing in 2016. This cultivated in Elsita an understanding and deep respect for the cosmovision, our planet and our wellbeing.

Elsita is in continual training with her elders - maestrx of the Americas, whilst making time to further work on herself, in both shadow and light work. She enjoys investigating topics within and around her field, in between client sessions, including that of the land and its indigenous Caretakers.


Elsita feels this is essential and instrumental, as a healer and for her own wellbeing.

Born in Colombia, Elsita has worked and lived in 6 countries across 3 continents from cities and mountain ranges, to the countryside and jungles - in France, UK, USA, the Canary Islands and mainland Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, the Pacific, and the Andes.
Elsita has a professional background in international Five-Star Hotels & Resorts, and as a Senior EA/PA, Chief of staff and Property & Household Manager for UHNWIs and their families.

All of this has given Elsita an appreciation of the needs & dynamics of a multicultural society.


Elsita is fluent in Spanish, English, French.
